Our company’s strategic decision to establish a quality management system (QMS) to comply with ISO 9001:2008 was influenced by professional business practices. The aim is to outshine within the business fraternity by continuously registering improvement in the organization’s business performance, satisfaction of customer needs/expectations and its manpower resource management. Thus, the Quality Management System is being successfully implemented, maintained and continuously improved upon. Routine internal audit is carried out and the findings thus derived have become effective tools for improvement in operational efficacy.
